Nov 23, 2015nbsp018332i am in the fine crush camp. my barley crusher gap is set at 0.016 0.4 mm. i do get lots of grain dust in my wort, even though i use a fine mesh polyester voile bag. it all settles out in the fermenter, and after gelatin fining, i get crystal clear beer.
